We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy covers this website only. Any game we release in the future will have its own privacy policy, published before the game becomes available, describing the data that game processes.

4. Hosting and Technical Data

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data - such as your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages requested - which Cloudflare processes in server and network logs in order to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse (for example, denial-of-service attacks). 5. Data You Send Us by Email

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor. We use your message only to respond to you, and we keep the correspondence no longer than needed for that purpose or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use analytics and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single functional value in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme preference. This value stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. If we ever introduce analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

7. Legal Basis

We process the data described above on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely: operating this website and keeping it secure, and responding to messages you choose to send us.

Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded through the providers' certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
